Traditionally called Abhyanga, our Ayurvedic warm oil massage focused on nourishing the body, calming the mind & relieving stress. Selected oils are blended to accompany the therapy, which balances energetic centres in the body & soothes the nervous system. This deeply relaxing massage stimulates the lymph, aids digestion, releases toxins, increases circulation, tones skin, promotes restful sleep, relieves anxiety, removes fatigue & restores the proper flow of prana (life force energy) through the subtle energy channels. Abhyanga is both rejuvenating & detoxifying to the mind, body & spirit. Finish with a herbal tea to re-calibrate.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you provide us with 24 hrs notice of cancellation. However, we recognise that not all of life's unexpected events come with advance notice. As a courtesy, please remember to call us as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment, and we'd be happy to re-book it for you. We depend on you, to respect our time - as we do yours. Please make every effort to arrive for your scheduled appointment time. We reserve the option to administer a cancellation fee, or a minimum of 50% of your service value. In addition, we reserve the right to charge for any appointments that are missed without notice. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable. Gift certificates are to be redeemed within 6 months, and 24 hour notice required when cancelling appointments, otherwise voucher is automatically invalid.
