Covid-19 Health Safety and Wellness Policy
I’m looking forward to seeing you here at Varnish and there are a few things to share with you before I can do your treatment.
At Varnish Studio I take pride in offering the best in customer care.
Please make yourself aware of Varnish Studio new policies and information, which has been established to ensure you receive the best quality and enjoyable time.

The below information is for your safety to comply with the government health requirements and guidelines for COVID-19 to be able to accept you into the Studio’s safe environment.
It’s important these government conditions are adhered to at every visit to Varnish Studio.
Please read the following guidelines and policies.
On Arrival
I ask you to please come alone to your appointments. Please leave friends and family at home or the Noosa River is a beautiful place for friends and family to wait or to meet you after your treatment.
Please wash and sanitise your hands on entering, before using EFTPOS and on leaving.
You will be asked to answer a few simple COVID-19 Check List consent form questions which you will need to fill in and for you to sign i.e. Have you been exposed to anyone with COVID-19? Have you arrived from or been overseas in the last two weeks? And if so, have you been in self-isolation for 2 weeks? Are you or anyone in your household unwell and do you have any respiratory symptoms i.e. a temperature/cold/flu/sinus/hay fever/a cough/sore throat/aches & pains/sniffles?
If you answer yes to any of these questions you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and Varnish Studio cancellation policy will apply. Even if you have filled it online prior, this will be needed at every appointment.
Treatment Room Hygiene and Sanitization
Sterilisation and high hygiene procedures were part of standard practice at Varnish Studio before Covid19, however I will always schedule 30 minutes between treatments to give ample time for cleaning & will adhere to sanitation practices implemented at Varnish Studio for maintaining everyone’s safety, using hospital grade sterilisation and hygienic precautions along with social distancing.
Taking every precaution to clean all door handles, taps, hand sanitiser pump tops, reception counters and the Eftpos terminal.

Please be patient if you have to wait a couple of minutes for your appointment to begin.
Extra Protection for You and Us.
Masks and gloves will be worn where required during treatments and guests will be given and asked to wear a mask during some treatments where you lay face upwards as a precautionary measure for everyone’s health and safety.
I take standards and workplace practices seriously and want you to feel comfortable knowing that I am doing everything in my power to provide a safe environment for everyone.
